Professor Dr. Roy Rillera Marzo Professor Dr. Roy Rillera Marzo is the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Health Sciences with over 15 years of research experience in communicable and non-communicable diseases. Dr. Roy has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and serves on several editorial boards related to public health and epidemiology. His investigation into global adult vaccine hesitancy earned the “Award-Winning Research of 2022,” marking a significant contribution to the field. Furthermore, his global survey on COVID-19 vaccine perceptions stood out as among the top 1% of viewed papers in a prestigious journal, highlighting its critical impact. Dr Ngu Ik Ying Dr. Ngu has more than ten years of teaching experience with Curtin Malaysia. Before this, she worked as a journalist in The Star Publications, news stringer for Malaysiakini, and occasionally contributed articles to regional Chinese newspaper United Daily, Miri. She obtained her Master of Communication from Universiti Sains Malaysia and Doctor of Philosophy from Curtin University Australia. Dr. Low Wai Wah Dr Low Wai Wah is the full-time lecturer at Curtin University Malaysia. She has 10 years teaching experience in the academic field. She holds Bachelor Degree of Quantity Surveying (Honours) from University of Malaya in 2006. Thereafter, she pursued her Master Degree of Science (Building) in project management area at the same university and completed it in 2008. She completed her Degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) at University of Malaya in 2015, specializing in project and construction management. In the early stage of her research journey, she focused on procurement method and quality management in the construction industry. Thereafter, her research interest expanded to construction management, knowledge management, organizational culture and international construction during her postgraduate period. During her academic career at Curtin University Malaysia, she aware the importance of interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary research. She started to get involved in it with colleagues from diverse disciplines. She also collaborated with other colleagues in the Learning and Teaching area. Recently, she is involving in the smart rural, digital construction and well-being of construction professionals. She will continue to explore latest research area that allows her to collaborate and learn from other researchers with diverse interests. Dr. Dhanashree Giri Amatya Dhanashree Giri Amatya is a Ph.D. with interdisciplinary focus and interests in media along with disaster risk reduction. She completed her Doctoral from Amity University located in India and Masters from Indraprastha University based in New Delhi. As a part of her interest in environment, she is also involved with a not for profit organisation “The Hive Initiative” based in Oslo, where she is helping deliberate strategies in sensitizing organisations to be sustainable and environmentally conscious. Apart from her interests in academics, she has also been an International Tennis Official with International Tennis Federation. She has had the opportunity to be the designated official of some of the best tennis tournaments across the globe – Wimbledon, Roland Garros (French Open), Olympics, Commonwealth Games, Asian Games, Qatar Open, Dubai Open to name a few.
